I have been very fortunate to have met many wonderful people over the last 20 years in the real estate business. It is always exciting to assist folks to move to a new place and phase of their lives. I really enjoy educating others about the area, the market and then helping them to make informed decisions. There are a lot of unique variables to owning a property in this area. It is extremely important to have an understanding of shoreland, septic and local permitting as well as the differences in values for one area of the lake vs another.
